Abstract

UA : Дипломний проєкт складається з комплексу взаємопов'язаних розділів, що охоплюють архітектурне проєктування, розрахунок підземної частини, організаційно-технологічні рішення та фінансово-економічні розрахунки. Архітектурно-конструктивні рішення: Запропоновано та обґрунтовано планувальну схему та об'ємні параметри споруди. На основі теплотехнічних розрахунків стін та покрівельного пирога підтверджено діючими нормам з енергозбереження. Геотехнічний розділ: Виконано аналіз інженерно-геологічних умов майданчика, розраховано несучу здатність основи, визначено глибину закладання фундаментів. Технологія будівельних процесів: Розроблено технологічну карту на виконання основних будівельно-монтажних робіт. Прораховано трудовитрати, встановлено технологічну послідовність та побудовано сітьовий графік для розподілу часу. Організація будівництва: Сформовано будівельний генеральний план із зонуванням території. Оптимізовано розташування складів, підсобних приміщень і тимчасових інженерних мереж. Економічний блок: Визначено кошторисну вартість реалізації об'єкта, що відображено у розроблених об'єктному та зведеному кошторисних розрахунках.EN : The thesis project consists of a set of interrelated sections covering architectural design, calculation of the underground portion, organizational and technological solutions, and financial and economic calculations. Architectural and structural solutions: The layout plan and volumetric parameters of the structure are proposed and justified. Based on thermal calculations of the walls and roof structure, compliance with current energy-saving standards has been confirmed. Geotechnical section: An analysis of the site’s engineering-geological conditions has been performed, the bearing capacity of the foundation has been calculated, and the foundation depth has been determined. Construction Process Technology: A process flowchart for the execution of major construction and installation works was developed. Labor costs were calculated, the technological sequence was established, and a network schedule was created for time allocation. Construction Organization: A general construction plan with site zoning was developed. The layout of warehouses, utility rooms, and temporary utility networks has been optimized. Economic section: The estimated cost of the project has been determined, as reflected. Economic Section: The estimated construction cost of the project has been determined, as reflected in the detailed and consolidated cost estimates.
