Актуальність дослідження визначається тим, що депресія є однією з найпоширеніших психічних розладів сучасності, яка суттєво впливає не лише на емоційний стан пацієнтів, а й призводить до порушень когнітивних функцій, зокрема уваги, пам’яті та мислення. Особливої важливості набуває аналіз впливу типу психічного реагування при депресіях на особливості когнітивних функцій. Саме ці функції становлять фундамент інтелектуальної діяльності особистості та забезпечують її здатність до сприйняття, обробки й збереження інформації, прийняття рішень та адаптації до соціального середовища. Когнітивні функції є складною системою, що охоплює здатність концентрувати й утримувати увагу, оперувати вербальною і невербальною інформацією, а також розв’язувати нові завдання й використовувати попередній досвід у різних життєвих ситуаціях. Порушення уваги, пам’яті або мислення можуть суттєво знижувати рівень соціального і професійного функціонування людини, впливати на її психологічний стан і якість життя. У контексті депресивних розладів дослідження когнітивних функцій набуває особливої значущості, оскільки саме ці дефіцити часто є причиною хронізації захворювання, ускладнення терапії та рецидивів, а також визначають можливості успішної реабілітації та соціальної інтеграції пацієнтів. Таким чином, когнітивні функції виступають центральним об’єктом дослідження у сучасній клінічній психології, оскільки вони тісно пов’язані як із патогенезом депресії, так і з ефективністю психотерапевтичних втручань. Наукова новизна дослідження когнітивних процесів у пацієнтів із різними формами депресії дозволяє виявити специфічні прояви когнітивних порушень і їх толерантності до психотерапевтичних впливів, що можуть залишатися непоміченими при загальному підході до депресивних станів.EN : The work is presented on 86 pages of printed text, contains 2 tables. The relevance of the study is determined by the fact that depression is one of the most common mental disorders of our time, which significantly affects not only the emotional state of patients, but also leads to disorders of cognitive functions, in particular attention, memory and thinking. Of particular importance is the analysis of the influence of the type of mental response in depression on the features of cognitive functions. It is these functions that form the foundation of the intellectual activity of the individual and ensure his ability to perceive, process and retain information, make decisions and adapt to the social environment. Cognitive functions are a complex system that includes the ability to concentrate and maintain attention, operate with verbal and non-verbal information, as well as solve new tasks and use previous experience in various life situations. Impairments in attention, memory, or thinking can significantly reduce a person's level of social and professional functioning, affect their psychological state and quality of life. In the context of depressive disorders, the study of cognitive functions is of particular importance, since it is these deficits that often cause the chronicity of the disease, complicate therapy and relapses, and also determine the possibilities of successful rehabilitation and social integration of patients. Thus, cognitive functions are the central object of research in modern clinical psychology, since they are closely related to both the pathogenesis of depression and the effectiveness of psychotherapeutic interventions. The scientific novelty of the study of cognitive processes in patients with various forms of depression allows us to identify specific manifestations of cognitive disorders and their tolerance to psychotherapeutic influences, which may remain unnoticed with a general approach to depressive states.
