Актуальність дослідження впливу гендерно-рольового конфлікту жінок на шлюбно-сімейні стосунки зумовлена сучасними соціокультурними трансформаціями, які значною мірою змінюють традиційні уявлення про ролі чоловіка та жінки в сім’ї. Зростаюча участь жінок у професійній сфері, прагнення до самореалізації та рівноправності часто призводять до суперечностей між особистими цілями жінки та соціально нав’язаними рольовими очікуваннями. Це, у свою чергу, може негативно впливати на взаєморозуміння у подружжі, ефективність сімейної комунікації та загальну стабільність шлюбних стосунків. Вивчення даного питання є надзвичайно важливим для формування здорових сімейних взаємин та розробки практичних рекомендацій щодо подолання конфліктних ситуацій, пов’язаних із гендерними ролями. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у поглибленні теоретичного та емпіричного розуміння природи гендерно-рольового конфлікту в контексті сучасних шлюбно-сімейних стосунків, а також в розробці практичних рекомендації щодо подолання гендерно-рольового конфлікту у шлюбі.EN : The work is presented on 79 pages, printed text, 4 tables. The relevance of studying the impact of women's gender-role conflict on marital and family relations is due to modern socio-cultural transformations, which significantly change traditional ideas about the roles of men and women in the family. The growing participation of women in the professional sphere, the desire for self-realization and equality often lead to contradictions between women's personal goals and socially imposed role expectations. This, in turn, can negatively affect mutual understanding in marriage, the effectiveness of family communication and the overall stability of marital relations. The study of this issue is extremely important for the formation of healthy family relationships and the development of practical recommendations for overcoming conflict situations related to gender roles. The scientific novelty of the study lies in deepening the theoretical and empirical understanding of the nature of gender-role conflict in the context of modern marital and family relations, as well as in developing practical recommendations for overcoming gender-role conflict in marriage.
