Оптимізація організаційної структури КУ «Запорізьке обласне бюро СМЕ» ЗОР

Abstract

UA : Об’єктом дослідження є комерційна організація – «КУ «Запорізьке обласне бюро СМЕ» ЗОР» Інформаційною базою дослідження є навчальні посібники, статті, монографії, дисертаційні дослідження з вивченої проблеми, а також нормативно-правове регулювання, статистична та інша інформація про підприємство. Сучасний бізнес умови вимагають від підприємств не лише конкурентоспроможності, але і гнучкості в адаптації до змін. Важливою складовою ефективного управління є оптимізація організаційної структури, спрямована на підвищення продуктивності, зменшення витрат та збільшення конкурентоспроможності. У цьому контексті важливо вивчення та впровадження оптимальних організаційних моделей. Комунальне управління є однією з ключових сфер в сучасному суспільстві, і важливо, щоб його структура була максимально ефективною та відповідала викликам часу. Запорізьке обласне бюро СМЕ (ЗОР) є важливим ланкорон у системі комунального управління та його оптимізація має велике значення для підвищення якості послуг та ефективності вирішення завдань. Метою роботи є вивчення та розробка рекомендацій з оптимізації організаційної структури ЗОР для підвищення її ефективності та адаптивності до змін у суспільстві. Основні завдання включають:  Аналіз існуючої організаційної структури ЗОР.  Визначення ключових проблем та слабких місць у структурі.  Розробка рекомендацій щодо оптимізації структури на основі сучасних організаційних підходів.  Оцінка впливу запропонованих змін на ефективність діяльності ЗОР. Для досягнення мети та вирішення завдань буде застосовано комплекс методів дослідження, зокрема аналіз документів, опитування співробітників та експертів, порівняльний аналіз аналогічних організацій. Після проведення аналізу та дослідження буде розроблено план оптимізації організаційної структури ЗОР. Важливою частиною цього плану буде впровадження сучасних інструментів управління, таких як технології інформаційної звітності, автоматизація процесів та збільшення гнучкості структури. Висновки роботи можуть бути спрямовані на підкреслення важливості оптимізації організаційної структури ЗОР для досягнення її стратегічних цілей та відповіді на виклики сучасного бізнесу та громадянського суспільства.EN : The object of the research is a commercial organization – "Municipal Enterprise ‘Zaporizhzhia Regional SME Bureau’ (ZOR)." The informational basis of the study includes educational manuals, articles, monographs, dissertation research on the studied problem, as well as regulatory and legal regulation, statistical, and other information about the enterprise. Modern business conditions demand not only competitiveness but also flexibility in adapting to changes from enterprises. An essential component of effective management is the optimization of the organizational structure aimed at increasing productivity, reducing costs, and enhancing competitiveness. In this context, it is crucial to study and implement optimal organizational models. Municipal management is one of the key areas in modern society, and it is important for its structure to be as effective as possible and responsive to the challenges of the time. Zaporizhzhia Regional SME Bureau (ZOR) is a crucial link in the municipal management system, and its optimization holds significant importance for improving service quality and addressing tasks effectively. his Master’s Thesis consists of 60 pages and includes 14 figures, 18 tables, and references from 41 sources. The focus of this research is a commercial organization known as the "Municipal Enterprise ‘Zaporizhzhia Regional SME Bureau’ (ZOR)." The research is grounded on a comprehensive informational foundation, encompassing educational manuals, articles, monographs, dissertation research related to the studied problem, as well as regulatory and legal documentation, statistical data, and other relevant information pertaining to the enterprise. In the current landscape of business, enterprises are required to exhibit not only competitiveness but also flexibility in adapting to changes. A fundamental element of effective management lies in the optimization of the organizational structure, aimed at increasing productivity, reducing costs, and enhancing competitiveness. In this context, a critical aspect is the study and implementation of optimal organizational models. Municipal management stands out as a key area in modern society, necessitating the structure to be as effective as possible and responsive to the challenges of the time.
