Abstract
EN : The work is presented on 72 pages of printed text, contains 1 figure, 2 appendices. The list of references includes 65 sources. The object of the study is the development of adolescent self-regulation. The formation of a democratic society in our country reinforces the task of paying special attention to the younger generation, since the process of personality development is characterized in many cases by an increase in behavioral deviations, which causes concern for parents, teachers, society as a whole and requires close attention from scientists. Acquiring spiritual qualities, the growing personality is formed as a subject of personal self-regulation, which is guided by arbitrary moral decisions, can independently realize its own planned goals, motivate its own actions and analyze the actions taken, relying on their social significance. Self-regulation of behavior in adolescence, which is characterized by crisis manifestations, is especially difficult. It is in adolescence, as researchers note, that a young person goes through a difficult path through manifestations of special interest in various types of activity, including sports, internal conflicts with himself and others, through external disruptions and internal ascents to new feelings, which determines the need to focus attention on the problem of self-regulation of his behavior. Adolescence is a critically important stage in the development of the personality, when not only self-identity is formed, but also self-regulation skills. Self-regulation includes the ability to control emotions, behavior and social interactions, which are key to successful adaptation in society. The scientific novelty of the obtained results of the study of the obtained results lies in the fact that the dynamics of personal self-regulation of adolescents have been analyzed and the socio-psychological factors of the development of self-regulation of adolescents have been identified.
