Наразі підлітки стикаються з численними викликами та конфліктами, пов’язаними як з внутрішніми змінами, так і з динамікою соціальних відносин. З огляду на це, навички емоційної регуляції та управління конфліктами є вирішальними для їх успішної інтеграції у суспільство, а також для формування здорових взаємовідносин. Наукова новизна полягає у виявлені особливостей впливу емоційної компетентності на вибір деструктивних і конструктивних стратегій поведінки в конфліктах.EN : The work is presented on 64 pages of printed text, contains 2 tables. The relevance of the research topic is due to the fact that in the modern world there is a growing need to understand the socio-emotional development of the younger generation, which is becoming an important component of the overall development of the personality. Currently, adolescents face numerous challenges and conflicts associated with both internal changes and the dynamics of social relations. In view of this, emotional regulation and conflict management skills are crucial for their successful integration into society, as well as for the formation of healthy relationships. The scientific novelty lies in identifying the features of the influence of emotional competence on the choice of destructive and constructive strategies of behavior in conflicts.
