Політичні ідеології як фактор суспільно-політичного розвитку

Abstract

UA : Зростання ролі політичних ідеологій у процесах формування суспільної свідомості, визначення політичного курсу держави та вплив на динаміку соціальних змін зумовлює актуальність теми дослідження. Ідеології не лише структурують політичний простір, а й виступають інструментом легітимації влади, мобілізації громадян та моделювання стратегій розвитку суспільства. Розуміння механізмів впливу політичних ідеологій дозволяє краще усвідомити природу суспільно-політичних трансформацій, насамперед в умовах глобалізації, поляризації та зростання популістських тенденцій. Актуальність теми зумовлена потребою осмислення ролі політичних ідеологій у сучасному суспільстві, а також аналізу їх впливу на політичну поведінку, стратегії розвитку держави та громадську думку. Надважливим це питання є для України, адже саме зараз наша країна проходить шлях глибоких суспільно-політичних змін, зокрема в умовах війни, реформ і пошуку власної демократичної моделі. Проблемна ситуація полягає у тому, що політичні ідеології упродовж історичного розвитку були рушієм змін у суспільно-політичному житті держав і впливали на формування національної ідентичності, моделі управління, політичну культуру та соціальні пріоритети. Навіть в умовах глобалізації та зростання політичної поляризації ідеології не втрачають свою актуальність. Водночас існує певне протиріччя, адже з одного боку політичні ідеології мають на меті структурувати суспільні уявлення про владу, справедливість і майбутнє, але з іншого – практика багатьох держав, і України зокрема, доводить, що ідеологічна визначеність політичних сил є поверховою або декларативною. В умовах війни з Росією питання ідеологічної самоідентифікації українського суспільства набуло нового звучання. Формування проукраїнського, демократичного, європейського напрямку розвитку потребує осмислення ідеологічних засад, що сприяють єдності, стійкості та прогресу.EN : The growing role of political ideologies in the processes of forming public consciousness, determining the political course of the state and influencing the dynamics of social changes determines the relevance of the research topic. Ideologies not only structure the political space, but also act as a tool for legitimizing power, mobilizing citizens and modeling strategies for the development of society. Understanding the mechanisms of influence of political ideologies allows us to better understand the nature of socio-political transformations, primarily in the context of globalization, polarization and the growth of populist tendencies. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to understand the role of political ideologies in modern society, as well as analyze their impact on political behavior, state development strategies and public opinion. This issue is extremely important for Ukraine, because right now our country is going through a path of profound socio-political changes, in particular in the context of war, reforms and the search for its own democratic model. The problematic situation is that political ideologies throughout historical development have been the driving force of changes in the socio-political life of states and have influenced the formation of national identity, governance models, political culture and social priorities. Even in the conditions of globalization and growing political polarization, ideologies do not lose their relevance. At the same time, there is a certain contradiction, because on the one hand, political ideologies aim to structure public perceptions of power, justice and the future, but on the other hand, the practice of many states, and Ukraine in particular, proves that the ideological determination of political forces is superficial or declarative. In the conditions of the war with Russia, the issue of ideological self-identification of Ukrainian society has acquired a new meaning. The formation of a pro-Ukrainian, democratic, European direction of development requires an understanding of ideological principles that contribute to unity, stability and progress.
