Abstract
EN : The work is presented on 67 pages of printed text, contains 13 figures, 3 tables. The list of references includes 53 sources. Object of research: bees of the Ukrainian steppe breed. Subject of research: bee wintering in the conditions of a hunting economy. Purpose of the work: to investigate the quality of bee wintering in the conditions of a private apiary, as a secondary resource of a hunting economy and to determine the effectiveness and methods of combating bee diseases. Research methods - field experiment, variational statistics. As a result of the study, it was found that bees are quite resistant to diseases. Bees of the Ukrainian steppe breed are more resistant to diseases. The Varroa mite is quite common in the Zaporizhia region. With double treatment with Tactamid and the use of Varroat mite drops, the number of bee diseases and varroatosis was 10.9 ± 10 mites, which according to scientific literature is considered minimal infestation. It was found that the drug Tactamide stimulates the general development of families, increases the reproductive activity of queens and improves the wintering of bee colonies. The problem of wintering bees in private apiaries remains relevant and the correct choice of measures aimed at combating diseases is important. The novelty lies in the fact that for the first time the effectiveness of wintering bees, Tactamide and Varroa preparations against mites in hunting farms was determined. Significance of the work: the results of the study spread the idea of the effectiveness of wintering bees and combating diseases in the Zaporizhia region.
