Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 116 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 14 таблиць, 8 рисунків, 1 додаток. Перелік посилань включає 77 джерел, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процес оптимізації механізму фінансування регіонального та місцевого розвитку на основі його комплексного аналізу. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних засад та прикладних проблем, пов’язаних із організацією процесу оптимізації механізму фінансування регіонального та місцевого розвитку з метою підвищення його ефективності. Метою роботи є аналіз теоретико-методичних та організаційних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності фінансування регіонального та місцевого розвитку. Завдання: 1) визначити сутність фінансування регіонального та місцевого розвитку з державного бюджету; 2) провести аналіз фінансування регіонального та місцевого розвитку з державного бюджету; 3) розробити заходи щодо вдосконалення механізму фінансування регіонального та місцевого розвитку. Методи досліджень: логічного узагальнення, дедуктивний. фінансово-економічного та статистичного аналізу, порівняння, критичного аналізу. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) розроблено кроки щодо вдосконалення механізму розподілу та ефективного використання коштів Фонду ліквідації наслідків збройної агресії; 2) запропоновано механізм ефективного розподілу фінансових ресурсів; 3) обгрунтовано механізми підсилення напрямів роботи в рамках міжнародного співробітництва. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Пропозиції щодо оптимізації механізму фінансування можуть бути використані для підвищення рівня залучення коштів на розвиток регіонів та громад.EN : The work is presented on 116 pages of printed text, contains 14 tables, 8 figures, 1 annex. The object of the study is the process of optimizing the financing mechanism for regional and local development based on its comprehensive analysis. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical principles and applied problems related to the organization of the process of optimizing the financing mechanism for regional and local development in order to increase its efficiency. The purpose of the work is the analysis of theoretical, methodological and organizational provisions and development of practical recommendations for increasing the efficiency of financing regional and local development. Tasks: 1) steps have been developed to improve the mechanism for distributing and effectively using funds from the Fund for Eliminating the Consequences of Armed Aggression; 2) a mechanism for effectively distributing financial resources has been proposed; 3) mechanisms for strengthening areas of work within the framework of international cooperation have been substantiated.
