Феномен саморуйнівної поведінки у сучасному українському суспільстві

Abstract

Сучасне українське суспільство переживає глобальну кризу в політичній, економічній, соціальній сфері. Психологічні наслідки воєнних дій, економічні труднощі, безробіття, відчуття безперспективності часто стають тригерами для деструктивних моделей поведінки, таких як залежності чи суїцидальні тенденції. Ситуацію ускладнює стигматизація психічного здоров’я та недостатність психологічної допомоги. Наукові дослідження свідчать про те, що багато українців переживають посттравматичний стресовий розлад (ПТСР), депресію, тривожні розлади та інші стани, які часто призводять до саморуйнівних дій. Особливо вразливими є військовослужбовці, ветерани війни, вимушені переселенці, а також діти і підлітки. Статистичні дані свідчать, що в сучасному українському суспільстві спостерігається збільшення проявів саморуйнівної поведінки, що викликає занепокоєння серед дослідників, соціологів та психологів. Ігнорування проблеми саморуйнівної поведінки веде до негативних соціальних та демографічних наслідків: зростання рівня суїцидів, збільшення кількості залежних осіб, руйнування сімей, поглиблення кризових явищ у суспільстві. Особливо тривожним є поширення таких проявів серед молоді, яка становить майбутнє країни. Тому необхідно дослідити її причини, наслідки та можливі шляхи подолання. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у тому, що здійснено комплексний аналіз феномену саморуйнівної поведінки в умовах сучасного українського суспільства, враховуючи його особливості; виявлено нові соціокультурні та психологічні чинники, що впливають на формування саморуйнівної поведінки в українському контексті, зокрема посттравматичні наслідки війни, соціальна нестабільність та економічні кризи; узагальнено підходи до класифікації форм саморуйнівної поведінки, що враховує не лише класичні прояви, але й нові тенденції, такі як інтернет-залежність та самодеструктивна поведінка у соціальних мережах; розроблено теоретичну модель механізмів формування саморуйнівної поведінки, яка враховує взаємодію індивідуальних, соціальних і культурних чинників.EN : The work is presented on 78 pages of printed text, contains 1 table. The list of references includes 25 sources. The object of the study is self-destructive behavior as a socio-psychological phenomenon. Modern Ukrainian society is experiencing a global crisis in the political, economic, and social spheres. The psychological consequences of military operations, economic difficulties, unemployment, and a sense of hopelessness often become triggers for destructive behavior patterns, such as addictions or suicidal tendencies. The situation is complicated by the stigmatization of mental health and the lack of psychological help. Scientific studies indicate that many Ukrainians experience post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, anxiety disorders, and other conditions that often lead to self-destructive actions. Military personnel, war veterans, internally displaced persons, as well as children and adolescents are especially vulnerable. Statistical data indicate that in modern Ukrainian society there is an increase in manifestations of self-destructive behavior, which causes concern among researchers, sociologists and psychologists. Ignoring the problem of self-destructive behavior leads to negative social and demographic consequences: an increase in the level of suicides, an increase in the number of dependent individuals, the destruction of families, and a deepening of crisis phenomena in society. The spread of such manifestations among young people, who constitute the future of the country, is especially alarming. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate its causes, consequences and possible ways to overcome them. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the fact that a comprehensive analysis of the phenomenon of self-destructive behavior in the conditions of modern Ukrainian society has been carried out, taking into account its peculiarities; new socio-cultural and psychological factors have been identified that influence the formation of self-destructive behavior in the Ukrainian context, in particular the post-traumatic consequences of war, social instability and economic crises; Generalized approaches to the classification of forms of self-destructive behavior, taking into account not only classic manifestations, but also new trends, such as Internet addiction and self-destructive behavior in social networks; developed a theoretical model of the mechanisms of formation of self-destructive behavior, which takes into account the interaction of individual, social and cultural factors.
