Abstract

Актуальність дослідження кар’єрних орієнтацій як предикторів життєвого вибору особистості зумовлена важливістю вибору стратегії професійного розвитку в умовах соціальних та економічних змін, що відбуваються в українському суспільстві. В умовах сучасних трансформацій, які супроводжуються змінами ціннісних орієнтацій, кар’єрні орієнтації стають важливим фактором, що визначає успішність особистості у професійній сфері. У нових соціокультурних умовах «культура успіху», яка була сформована в західних країнах, стала невід’ємною частиною українського суспільства, де реалізація кар’єрного росту вважається не лише бажаним, а й необхідним для досягнення статусу успішної особистості. Однак часто цей образ успішної людини, що просувається завдяки матеріальному добробуту, не має глибоких культурних та історичних коренів, що веде до формування споживацької життєвої позиції, зосередженої на задоволенні власних потреб. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає в тому, що: емпірично досліджено особливості кар’єрних орієнтацій та їх вплив на здійснення життєвого вибору здобувачами освіти; уточнено й поглиблено наукове розуміння кар’єрних орієнтацій здобувачів освіти; набуло подальшого розвитку знання про зміст кар’єрних орієнтацій, самоактуалізації, ціннісних орієнтацій особистості; здійснено подальший розвиток теорії кар’єрної спрямованості.EN : The work is presented on 89 pages of printed text, contains 5 figures, 5 tables. The list of references includes 96 sources. The object of the study is the career orientations of the individual. The relevance of the study of career orientations as predictors of the life choice of the individual is due to the importance of choosing a professional development strategy in the conditions of social and economic changes taking place in Ukrainian society. In the conditions of modern transformations, which are accompanied by changes in value orientations, career orientations become an important factor determining the success of the individual in the professional sphere. In the new socio-cultural conditions, the “culture of success”, which was formed in Western countries, has become an integral part of Ukrainian society, where the implementation of career growth is considered not only desirable, but also necessary for achieving the status of a successful individual. However, often this image of a successful person who advances due to material well-being does not have deep cultural and historical roots, which leads to the formation of a consumer life position focused on satisfying one's own needs. The scientific novelty of the results obtained lies in the fact that: the features of career orientations and their influence on the implementation of life choices by education seekers have been empirically investigated; the scientific understanding of career orientations of education seekers has been clarified and deepened; knowledge about the content of career orientations, self-actualization, and value orientations of the individual has been further developed; the theory of career orientation has been further developed.
