Психологічні особливості мотивації професійного самовизначення учнів старших класів

Abstract

Об'єкт дослідження – мотиваційна сфера особистості старшокласників на етапі професійного самовизначення. Проблема мотивації професійного самовизначення учнів старших класів набуває особливої гостроти в умовах глибоких соціальних трансформацій, що переживає українське суспільство впродовж останніх років. Стрімка реструктуризація ринку праці, зумовлена глобальними процесами цифровізації та зміною структури зайнятості, розширює перелік доступних професій і водночас знецінює загальноприйняті орієнтири вибору фаху. Відповідно, усвідомленість професійного вибору та його внутрішня мотиваційна обґрунтованість набувають значення самостійних психологічних характеристик, що визначають якість подальшого особистісного розвитку. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у тому, що конкретизовано характер взаємозв'язку між типом мотивації професійного самовизначення (внутрішня/зовнішня), рівнем особистісної ідентичності та ступенем усвідомленості професійного вибору старшокласників в умовах сучасної української освітньої системи.EN : The work is presented on 89 pages of printed text, contains 2 tables, 4 figures. The list of references includes 43 sources. The object of the study is the motivational sphere of the personality of high school students at the stage of professional self-determination. The problem of motivation of professional self-determination of high school students is becoming particularly acute in the conditions of deep social transformations that Ukrainian society has been experiencing in recent years. The rapid restructuring of the labor market, caused by global processes of digitalization and changes in the employment structure, expands the list of available professions and at the same time devalues the generally accepted guidelines for choosing a specialty. Accordingly, the awareness of professional choice and its internal motivational validity acquire the value of independent psychological characteristics that determine the quality of further personal development. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the fact that the nature of the relationship between the type of motivation for professional self-determination (internal/external), the level of personal identity and the degree of awareness of the professional choice of high school students in the conditions of the modern Ukrainian educational system has been specified.
