Abstract
EN : The work is presented on 70 pages of printed text, 6 figures, 4 tables, 49 references. Object of research – the process of financial data modeling within the operational activities of development finance institutions (DFIs). Subject of research – methods and tools for building a low-code financial data modeling system on the Mendix platform. Purpose of the thesis – to develop the concept and architecture of a low-code system that supports cash-flow generation, scenario analysis, governed business logic, and integrated data management. The methodology includes systems analysis, requirements analysis, object-oriented modeling, and domain model design. The scientific novelty lies in substantiating the use of low-code for financial data modeling in DFIs, with an emphasis on auditability (audit trail), traceability, reproducibility of calculations, risk management, and scenario modeling areas that have been insufficiently explored in the low-code context. The results include defining functional and non-functional requirements (cash-flow generation, scenarios, versioning, integrations, and change transparency), developing the architecture, and creating a Mendix-based prototype that implements the domain model, key microflows, and calculation control mechanisms. The proposed approach aligns with DFI practices and compliance requirements and can serve as a foundation for an industrial-grade solution to automate cash-flow modeling, stress testing, and regulatory reporting, reducing financial and reputational risks while demonstrating the effectiveness of low-code for complex models.
