Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: «Формування стратегії сталого розвитку підприємства ПП «Логістік-Сервіс» : 60 сторінок, 14 таблиць, 7 рисунків. Перелік посилань нараховує 40 найменувань. Актуальність теми дослідження полягає в необхідності формування системного та інтегрованого підходу до забезпечення сталого розвитку підприємств логістичної сфери з урахуванням економічних, соціальних і екологічних аспектів, а також сучасних принципів цифровізації управлінських процесів і ESG-орієнтованого менеджменту. Мета дослідження – розроблення теоретико-методичних засад і практичних рекомендацій щодо формування та реалізації інтегрованої стратегії сталого розвитку ПП «Логістік-Сервіс». Об’єктом дослідження є діяльність ПП «Логістік-Сервіс» як логістичного підприємства, а предметом – теоретичні, методичні та прикладні аспекти формування та впровадження стратегії сталого розвитку. У роботі здійснено теоретичне узагальнення сучасних концепцій сталого розвитку, ESG-менеджменту та стратегічного управління, охарактеризовано сутність і складові сталого розвитку підприємства. Проведено комплексну діагностику діяльності ПП «Логістік-Сервіс», включно з фінансовим аналізом, SWOT-, PEST- і ESG-аналізом. Виявлено проблеми та резерви забезпечення сталого розвитку, на основі чого запропонована інтегральна стратегія сталого розвитку та конкретні економічні, соціальні та екологічні заходи.EN : Qualification work: “Formation of a Sustainable Development Strategy for the Enterprise PE “Logistic-Service” : 60 pages, 14 tables, 7 figures. The relevance of the research topic lies in the need to form a systematic and integrated approach to ensuring the sustainable development of logistics enterprises, taking into account economic, social and environmental aspects, as

well as modern principles of digitalization of management processes and ESG- oriented management.

The purpose of the research is to develop theoretical and methodological principles and practical recommendations for the formation and implementation of an integrated sustainable development strategy of PE “Logistic-Service”. The object of the research is the activities of PE “Logistic-Service” as a logistics enterprise, and the subject is the theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of the formation and implementation of a sustainable development strategy. The work provides a theoretical generalization of modern concepts of sustainable development, ESG management and strategic management, characterizes the essence and components of the sustainable development of the enterprise. A comprehensive diagnosis of the activities of PE “Logistic-Service” was carried out, including financial analysis, SWOT-, PEST- and ESG-analysis. Problems and reserves for ensuring sustainable development were identified, on the basis of which an integrated strategy for sustainable development and specific economic, social and environmental measures were proposed.
