UA : Кваліфікаційна робота на тему «Аналіз позитивних та негативних сторін технологій сучасного будівельного виробництва» присвячена дослідженню сучасних технологій, які застосовуються в будівельній галузі, з метою оцінки їх впливу на якість, ефективність та екологічність будівництва. Основна увага приділяється виявленню факторів, що сприяють підвищенню продуктивності, зниженню витрат та часу на реалізацію будівельних проектів, а також впливу на екологію та безпеку. Одночасно досліджуються ризики та обмеження, пов'язані з впровадженням цих технологій, такі як висока вартість, складність впровадження та потреба у висококваліфікованих кадрах. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані для формування рекомендацій щодо оптимального застосування сучасних будівельних технологій з урахуванням їх переваг та можливих викликів, що дозволить підвищити ефективність і стійкість будівельних проектів.EN : The qualification work on the topic "Analysis of the positive and negative aspects of the technologies of modern construction production" is dedicated to the study of modern technologies used in the construction industry, with the aim of assessing their impact on the quality, efficiency and environmental friendliness of construction. The main focus is on identifying factors that contribute to increased productivity, reduced costs and time for the implementation of construction projects, as well as the impact on ecology and safety. At the same time, the risks and limitations associated with the implementation of these technologies, such as high cost, complexity of implementation and the need for highly qualified personnel, are investigated. The results of the study can be used to form recommendations for the optimal application of modern construction technologies, taking into account their advantages and possible challenges, which will increase the efficiency and sustainability of construction projects.
