Abstract
1) охарактеризувати поняття, сутність кризових комунікацій, класифікацію криз та комунікаційних стратегій реагування;
2) висвітлити теоретичні основи репутаційного капіталу підприємства, стратегічних ресурсів організації в умовах повномасштабної війни;
3) визначити основні кризові виклики для комунікаційної політики компанії АТ «Укрзалізниця» в умовах повномасштабної війни;
EN : Khromykh K.Y. Crisis Communications and the Formation of Reputational Capital of JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” in the Context of Full-Scale War, 2026. 69 p. The object of the research is the processes of crisis communications and the formation of corporate reputation capital under conditions of full-scale war, using JSC Ukrzaliznytsia as a case study. The subject of the research is the mechanisms, tools, and channels of crisis communications employed by JSC Ukrzaliznytsia, as well as their pragmatic potential in the formation, maintenance, and development of the company’s reputation capital during the full-scale war. The purpose of the study is to analyze the mechanisms, tools, and channels of crisis communications of JSC Ukrzaliznytsia and to assess their pragmatic potential in forming, maintaining, and developing the company’s reputation capital under conditions of full-scale war. To achieve this purpose, the following objectives were defined: To characterize the concept and essence of crisis communications, as well as the classification of crises and communication response strategies. To examine the theoretical foundations of corporate reputation capital and strategic organizational resources under conditions of full-scale war. To identify the key crisis challenges affecting the communication policy of JSC Ukrzaliznytsia during the full-scale war. To analyze the communication channels of JSC Ukrzaliznytsia, particularly their potential for reputation capital formation and the improvement of crisis communication practices. Research methods include comparative analysis, automated media monitoring using the Brand24 platform, elements of discourse analysis, and the case study method. The methodological and theoretical basis of the research is formed by leading theories and scientific studies of both foreign and Ukrainian scholars, including D. Horokhovska, O. Hudz, P. Cornish, P. Lagadec, J. Lindley-French and K. York, D. Moshkivska, V. Podoliak, A. Prediien, N. Revutska, Yu. Rosenthal, R. Heath, and others. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the fact that, through the application of modern media analytics tools (Brand24) and the case study method, the thesis provides a comprehensive examination of the crisis communication architecture of JSC Ukrzaliznytsia amid the dynamic challenges of the full-scale war during the period 2022–2026. The study demonstrates that under conditions of extreme external pressure, effective management of intangible strategic resources (business reputation, brand identity, and information channels on Facebook and Telegram) becomes a significant factor in ensuring national security and state resilience. Practical significance. The findings of this study may be used by communication agencies, non-governmental organizations, enterprises, and educational institutions that train specialists in advertising, public relations, and social communications. In particular, the results can contribute to the development and implementation of crisis communication strategies and practices adapted to the needs of Ukrainian society.
