Удосконалення екологічної політики промислового регіону на засадах державно-приватного партнерства

Abstract

UA : Присвячена дослідженню теоретичних основ управління екологічною політикою промислових регіонів і розробці рекомендацій для удосконалення екологічної політики Запорізької області через механізми державно-приватного партнерства (ДПП). Запропоновано авторську модель управління, яка інтегрує цифрові технології (IoT, системи моніторингу, цифрові платформи), зелене фінансування та соціальні програми, спрямовані на зниження викидів, забруднення вод, деградації ґрунтів і підвищення соціальної стабільності. Теоретичне значення роботи полягає в систематизації механізмів ДПП для промислових регіонів, а практичне – у розробці пропозицій, які можуть бути використані Запорізькою ОДА, промисловими підприємствами та громадськими організаціями для відновлення екологічної безпеки регіону та інтеграції в європейський екологічний простір.EN : The work is devoted to the study of the theoretical foundations of managing the environmental policy of industrial regions and the development of recommendations for improving the environmental policy of the Zaporizhzhia region through public-private partnership (PPP) mechanisms. The author’s model of management is proposed, integrating digital technologies (IoT, monitoring systems, digital platforms), green financing, and social programs aimed at reducing emissions, water pollution, soil degradation, and enhancing social stability. The theoretical significance of the work lies in the systematization of PPP mechanisms for industrial regions, while the practical significance lies in the development of proposals that can be used by the Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration, industrial enterprises, and public organizations to restore regional ecological safety and integrate into the European environmental space.
