Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 118 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 23 таблиць, 10 рисунків, 1 додаток. Перелік посилань включає 77 джерела, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об'єктом дослідження є процес управління економічною безпекою аграрного підприємства в умовах нестабільного внутрішнього та зовнішнього середовища. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні положення, методичні підходи та організаційно-економічні інструменти забезпечення економічної безпеки аграрного підприємства. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є розробка теоретико-методичних засад та практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення механізму управління економічною безпекою аграрного підприємства. Завдання 1) розкрити сутність, структуру та принципи формування економічної безпеки аграрного підприємства в умовах сучасного ринкового середовища; 2) оцінити рівень економічної безпеки підприємства на основі системи показників і виявити проблемні аспекти; 3) сформувати ефективний механізм управління економічною безпекою аграрного підприємства. Методи дослідження: монографічний, абстрактно-логічний, економіко- статистичний, графічний, метод групувань, експертних оцінок, факторний аналіз, системний підхід. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) удосконалено механізм економічної безпеки аграрного підприємства; 2) набуло розвитку інтегральне оцінювання економічної безпеки; 3) удосконалено систему ризик-менеджменту аграрного сектору. Розроблені рекомендації можуть бути використані в діяльності аграрних підприємств для підвищення рівня конкурентоспроможність та забезпечити стабільний розвиток у довгостроковій перспективі.EN : The work is presented on 118 pages of printed text, contains 28 tables, 18 figures, 1 annex. The list of referеnces includes 72 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study is the process of managing the economic security of an agricultural enterprise under conditions of an unstable internal and external environment. The subject of the study is the theoretical provisions, methodological approaches, and organizational-economic instruments for ensuring the economic security of an agricultural enterprise. The purpose of the master's thesis is to develop theoretical and methodological foundations and practical recommendations for improving the mechanism of managing the economic security of an agricultural enterprise. The tasks of the research are as follows: 1) to reveal the essence, structure, and principles of forming the economic security of an agricultural enterprise in the conditions of the modern market environment; 2) to assess the level of the enterprise's economic security based on a system of indicators and identify problematic aspects; 3) to develop an effective mechanism for managing the economic security of an agricultural enterprise. In the course of the research, the following general scientific and special methods were applied: the monographic method – for an in-depth study of theoretical approaches to economic security and its components; the abstract-logical method – for generalizing scientific viewpoints and forming theoretical conclusions; the economic and statistical method – for analyzing the financial and economic indicators of LLC «Liubymivka»; the graphical method – for visualizing analysis results and constructing structural-logical schemes; the expert assessment method – for determining the weighting coefficients of economic security indicators; factor analysis – for identifying the influence of individual indicators on the integral level of economic security; the system approach – for developing a comprehensive mechanism for managing the economic security of the enterprise. The obtained results and their novelty are as follows: 1) the mechanism of economic security of an agricultural enterprise has been improved; 2) the integral assessment of economic security has been further developed; 3) the risk management system in the agricultural sector has been improved. The practical value of the obtained results lies in the development of applied tools for assessing and managing the economic security of an agricultural enterprise. The proposed threat passporting algorithm ensures timely identification of risks and the formation of adaptive managerial decisions. The fuzzy-set integral assessment model makes it possible to comprehensively determine the level of economic security and the priority directions for its strengthening. The developed risk management mechanism can be used in the practical activities of agricultural enterprises, including LLC «Liubymivka», to enhance resilience and improve management efficiency.
