Abstract
UA : Мета дослідження: аналіз особливостей розвитку резильєнтності
соціальних працівників як чинника збереження їхнього психологічного
благополуччя та подолання професійного вигорання, з урахуванням сучасних
соціально-економічних викликів і специфіки професійного середовища.
Об’єкт дослідження: професійна діяльність соціальних працівників.
Предмет дослідження: резильєнтність як чинник збереження
психологічного благополуччя та подолання професійного вигорання соціальних
працівників.
Методи дослідження: об’єктивний, історичний, системного підходу.
Гіпотеза: розвиток резильєнтності у соціальних працівників підвищує
їхню стресостійкість, сприяє профілактиці професійного вигорання та
збереженню психологічного благополуччя, створює умови для більш
ефективного виконання професійних обов’язків.
Висновки: 1. Діяльність соціальних працівників відбувається в умовах
високого професійного навантаження, пов’язаного з необхідністю надання
допомоги вразливим категоріям населення, що перебувають у кризових
обставинах. Це зумовлює значні ризики розвитку професійного вигорання,
вторинної травматизації та психологічного виснаження, що безпосередньо
впливає на якість соціальних послуг.
2. Теоретичний аналіз проблеми показав, що ключовим ресурсом
подолання професійних криз та збереження психологічного благополуччя є
резильєнтність, яка забезпечує здатність адаптуватися до стресових факторів,
відновлювати внутрішні ресурси та підтримувати професійну мотивацію.
Використання інтегрованого підходу до розвитку резильєнтності у процесі
професійної підготовки та діяльності соціальних працівників сприяє
профілактиці вигорання й підвищує ефективність соціальної роботи в умовах
сучасних викликів.
EN : The aim of the research is to analyze the peculiarities of developing resilience among social workers as a factor of maintaining their psychological well-being and overcoming professional burnout, taking into account current socio-economic challenges and the specifics of the professional environment. Research Object – professional activity of social workers. Research Subject – resilience as a factor of maintaining psychological wellbeing and overcoming professional burnout of social workers. Research Methods: objective, historical, and systemic approaches. Hypothesis: the development of resilience among social workers increases their stress resistance, contributes to the prevention of professional burnout and preservation of psychological well-being, and also creates conditions for greater effectiveness in fulfilling professional duties. Conclusions: 1. The professional activity of social workers takes place under conditions of high workload, which involves providing assistance to vulnerable groups in crisis circumstances. This creates significant risks of professional burnout, secondary traumatization, and psychological exhaustion, directly affecting the quality of social services. 2. Theoretical analysis of the problem demonstrated that resilience is the key resource for overcoming professional crises and maintaining psychological well-being, as it ensures the ability to adapt to stress factors, restore inner resources, and sustain professional motivation. The application of an integrated approach to the development of resilience in the process of professional training and practice of social workers contributes to the prevention of burnout and enhances the effectiveness of social work in the context of modern challenges.
