Abstract

UA : Мета дослідження: формування рекомендацій щодо удосконалення механізмів прийняття рішень в установах юстиції в умовах воєнного часу. Об’єкт дослідження: прийняття управлінських рішень в установах сфери юстиції. Предмет дослідження: процеси, методи, інструменти та практики механізмів прийняття рішень в установах юстиції в умовах воєнного стану. Методи дослідження: індукції, дедукції, опитування, узагальнення. Новизна дослідження: дослідження не лише узагальнює існуючі підходи та принципи управлінського процесу, але й пропонує конкретні рішення для покращення ефективності управлінських рішень, зокрема через автоматизацію, цифровізацію та удосконалення нормативно-правового забезпечення. Гіпотеза дослідження: «Удосконалення механізму прийняття рішень у сфері юстиції, зокрема через застосування сучасних технологій, оптимізацію управлінських процесів, покращення кадрової політики та посилення прозорості, сприятиме підвищенню ефективності та точності рішень в установах юстиції». Висновки. 1. Установи в сфері юстиції є соціальними організаціями, що мають формальні правила та ієрархії для задоволення соціальних потреб і забезпечення правопорядку. 2. Конституція України є головним джерелом, яке визначає принципи правової держави, верховенство права, захист прав і свобод громадян, а також організацію органів юстиції. 3. Вдосконалення механізму прийняття рішень у сфері юстиції через впровадження сучасних технологій, удосконалення управлінських процесів, покращення кадрової політики та посилення прозорості, сприятиме підвищенню ефективності та точності рішень в установах юстиції.EN : Purpose of the study: to formulate recommendations for improving decision making mechanisms in justice institutions in wartime. Object of research: management decision-making in justice institutions. Subject of research: processes, methods, tools and practices of decision-making mechanisms in justice institutions under martial law. Research methods: induction, deduction, survey, generalization. Novelty of the study: the study not only summarizes the existing approaches and principles of the management process, but also offers specific solutions to improve the effectiveness of management decisions, in particular through automation, digitalization and improvement of regulatory and legal support. Research hypothesis: «Improving the decision-making mechanism in the justice sector, in particular through the use of modern technologies, optimization of management processes, improvement of personnel policy and increased transparency, will help to increase the efficiency and accuracy of decisions in justice institutions». Conclusions. 1. Justice institutions are social organizations that have formal rules and hierarchies to meet social needs and ensure law and order. 2. The Constitution of Ukraine is the main source that defines the principles of the rule of law, the rule of law, protection of rights and freedoms of citizens, as well as the organization of the judiciary. 3. Improvement of the decision-making mechanism in the justice sector through the introduction of modern technologies, improvement of management processes, enhancement of human resources policy and transparency will contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of decisions in justice institutions.
