Abstract
EN : The work is presented on 76 pages of printed text, contains 5 tables, 1 figure, 3 appendices. The list of references includes 57 sources. The object of the study is women's self-perception as a personal characteristic. The topic of women's self-perception as a factor in codependent relationships is extremely important in the context of modern socio-psychological realities. Codependency in interpersonal relationships, in particular among women, has become the subject of active research due to its negative impact on the psychological state of the individual, her self-realization and quality of life in general. The modern world poses new challenges for women, in particular the need to harmoniously combine professional, family and personal components of life. In such conditions, there is a need to understand how a woman's self-perception affects her ability to build healthy relationships, as well as avoid destructive models of interaction. The formation of self-perception, which is the basis of self-esteem and self-respect, is largely determined by the influence of social stereotypes, gender roles and childhood experience. At the same time, insufficient attention to personal development and low emotional stability become risk factors for the development of codependency. Codependent relationships, as a special form of addictive behavior, often lead to psychological exhaustion, loss of personal autonomy and a decrease in life potential, which confirms the need for comprehensive research into this problem. The scientific novelty lies in the development and implementation of a preventive and corrective program to improve self-perception in young women.
