Екологічні аспекти відновлення урбанізованих територій в умовах військових дій

Abstract

UA : В роботі 58 сторінок, 4 таблиць, 3 рисунків, було використано 36 літературних джерел, із них 2 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є урбанізовані території України, що постраждали внаслідок військових дій. Предметом дослідження є екологічні наслідки воєнних дій для урбанізованих територій, методи оцінки шкоди довкіллю та механізми післявоєнного відновлення. Методи досліджень: моніторинг якості атмосферного повітря та вод, аналіз змін екологічних показників, оцінка еколого-економічних збитків, аналіз літературних джерел, системний і порівняльний підходи. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є: дослідження екологічних аспектів відновлення урбанізованих територій в умовах військових дій, оцінка завданої шкоди природному середовищу. Теоретично та експериментально визначено: масштаби змін у стані атмосферного повітря та водних ресурсів у місті Запоріжжя та річці Дніпро; виявлено основні джерела забруднення; проведено еколого-економічну оцінку наслідків бойових дій; проаналізовано механізми публічного управління у сфері післявоєнного відновлення урбанізованих територій.EN : In the work 58 pages, 4 tables, 3 pictures were used 36 literary sources, including 2 in a foreign language. The object of the study is the urbanized territories of Ukraine that have suffered as a result of military actions. The subject of the study is the ecological consequences of military actions for urbanized areas, methods for assessing environmental damage, and mechanisms for post-war recovery. Research methods: monitoring of atmospheric air and water quality, analysis of changes in environmental indicators, assessment of ecological and economic losses, analysis of literary sources, systemic and comparative approaches. The purpose of the qualification work is: to study the environmental aspects of the restoration of urbanized areas in conditions of military operations, to assess the damage caused to the natural environment. Theoretically and experimentally determined: the scale of changes in the state of atmospheric air and water resources in the city of Zaporizhia and the Dnipro River; identified the main sources of pollution; conducted an ecological and economic assessment of the consequences of hostilities; analyzed the mechanisms of public administration in the field of post-war restoration of urbanized territories.
