Abstract

UA : Об'єкт дослідження – проміжний перемотувальний пристрій «Coil- Box» в лінії стана гарячої прокатки 1680 в умовах ПАТ «Запоріжсталь». Мета роботи – вивчення впливу режиму прокатки на температурне поле прокатуємого металу та удосконалення технології змотування на «Coil- Box», що дозволить забезпечити рівномірний розподіл температури по всій зовнішній і внутрішній поверхні розкату для наступної його прокатки в чистовій групі клітей.EN : The object of the study is the intermediate coiling device "Coil-Box" in the hot rolling mill 1680 line under the conditions of PJSC "Zaporizhstal." The aim of the work is to study the influence of rolling mode on the temperature field of the rolled metal and to improve the coiling technology in the "Coil-Box." This will ensure uniform temperature distribution across the entire outer and inner surface of the slab for subsequent rolling in the finishing mill group.
