Особливості професійного самовизначення старшокласників в умовах війни

Abstract

Сутністю професійного самовизначення особистості є знаходження особистісних смислів в професійній діяльності. Професійне самовизначення школяра – це виокремлення себе щодо прийнятих в суспільстві критеріїв, принципів і норм професійної діяльності. Правильний вибір професії старшокласниками важливий не тільки з позиції визначення індивідуальних життєвих планів на майбутнє, але й з точки зору розвитку суспільства в цілому. Соціально-економічні зміни, що відбулися в українському суспільстві, а також новітні досягнення психолого-педагогічної науки потребують перегляду та переосмислення підходів до вирішення проблеми професійного самовизначення школярів, зокрема – пошуку факторів впливу, форм та методів активізації цього процесу. На професійне самовизначення старшокласників впливає безліч факторів. У підлітковому віці важливе місце займає спілкування, тому можна припустити, що одним із чинників професійного самовизначення старшокласників є їхнє положення в групі однолітків, або соціометричний статус. Наукова новизна дослідження: обґрунтувати відмінності у професійному самовизначенні старшокласників під час війни і до неї; уточнити розуміння соціально-психологічних факторів професійного самовизначення старшокласників.EN : The work is presented on 63 pages of printed text, contains 3 figures, 2 appendices. The essence of professional self-determination of an individual is finding personal meanings in professional activity. Professional self-determination of a schoolchild is distinguishing oneself in relation to the criteria, principles and norms of professional activity accepted in society. The correct choice of profession by high school students is important not only from the position of determining individual life plans for the future, but also from the point of view of the development of society as a whole. The socio-economic changes that have occurred in Ukrainian society, as well as the latest achievements of psychological and pedagogical science require a review and rethinking of approaches to solving the problem of professional self-determination of schoolchildren, in particular - the search for factors of influence, forms and methods of activating this process. The professional self-determination of high school students is influenced by many factors. In adolescence, communication plays an important role, so it can be assumed that one of the factors of professional self-determination of high school students is their position in the peer group, or sociometric status. Scientific novelty of the study: to substantiate the differences in professional self-determination of high school students during and before the war; to clarify the understanding of socio-psychological factors of professional self-determination of high school students.
