Abstract

Актуальність дослідження зумовлена тим, що у зрілому віці особистісні кризи є поширеним явищем, яке суттєво впливає на емоційний стан, соціальні відносини та якість життя людини. Аналіз прояву емпатії в цих умовах дозволяє глибше зрозуміти механізми підтримки, адаптації та подолання кризових переживань у психологічній практиці. У сучасній психологічній теорії і практиці виникла потреба в ґрунтовному вивченні психологічних механізмів подолання особистісних криз у зрілому віці. Зокрема, визначення ґендерних особливостей прояву емпатії дозволяє виявити відмінності у способах емоційного реагування та взаємодії чоловіків і жінок у кризових ситуаціях. Проведення емпіричного дослідження дає можливість не лише підтвердити чи спростувати наявні теоретичні уявлення, а й виявити нові закономірності у структурі емпатійної поведінки. Особливої значущості набуває розробка та апробація психологічної корекційної програми, яка спрямована на полегшення переживання криз і підвищення адаптивності особистості, та може стати практичним інструментом для психологів, що працюють із клієнтами дорослого віку. Рекомендації, сформовані на основі проведеного дослідження, сприятимуть підвищенню ефективності психологічної допомоги та врахуванню ґендерних відмінносте. Наукова новизна полягає в розробці та впровадженні програми з психологічної корекції особистісних криз у зрілому віці в центрах освіти дорослих.EN : The work is presented on 90 pages of printed text, contains 14 tables, 8 figures, 3 appendices. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that in adulthood, personal crises are a common phenomenon that significantly affects the emotional state, social relations and quality of life of a person. Analysis of the manifestation of empathy in these conditions allows for a deeper understanding of the mechanisms of support, adaptation and overcoming crisis experiences in psychological practice. In modern psychological theory and practice, there is a need for a thorough study of the psychological mechanisms of overcoming personal crises in adulthood. In particular, determining the gender features of the manifestation of empathy allows us to identify differences in the ways of emotional response and interaction between men and women in crisis situations. Conducting an empirical study makes it possible not only to confirm or refute existing theoretical ideas, but also to identify new patterns in the structure of empathic behavior. Of particular importance is the development and testing of a psychological correction program, which is aimed at facilitating the experience of crises and increasing the adaptability of the individual, and can become a practical tool for psychologists working with adult clients. Recommendations formed on the basis of the study will contribute to increasing the effectiveness of psychological assistance and taking into account gender differences. The scientific novelty lies in the development and implementation of a program for the psychological correction of personality crises in adulthood in adult education centers.
