Фінансування ремонтних робіт транспортного підрозділу ПрАТ «Запорізький абразивний комбінат»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 115 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 32 таблиці, 11 рисунків, 8 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 79 джерел, з них 8 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є оцінка витрат, ефективного використання коштів на ремонтні роботи в транспортному підрозділі та в фінансово-господарській діяльності ПрАТ «Запорізький абразивний комбінат». Предметом дослідження є оцінка сутності економіко-теоретичних засад та прикладних недосконалостей які виникають в процесі формування витрат та їх ефективному використанні на підприємстві. Метою роботи є оцінка та аналіз теоретичних, методичних, управлінських та нормативно-організаційних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення управління фінансування ремонтних робіт транспортного підрозділу підприємства, з метою підвищення ефективності. Завдання: 1) визначити економічну сутність та роль витрат в діяльності підприємства; 2) дослідити методи оцінки управління витратами ремонтних робіт на підприємстві; 3) здійснити загальну характеристику та провести оцінку фінансово-господарської діяльності ПрАТ «Запорізький абразивний комбінат»; 4 )визначити шляхи удосконалення управління фінансування ремонтних робіт транспортного підрозділу підприємства. Методи досліджень: діалектичний метод пізнання, системний, комплексний та структурно-функціональний підхід, кількісний аналіз, методи дедукції та індукції, аналізу та синтезу, логічний метод. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) удосконалено управління фінансування ремонтних робіт транспортного підрозділу; 2) розроблено рекомендації щодо оптимізації складу витрат ремонтних робіт; 3) запропоновано впровадження концепції стратегічного управління витратами ремонтних робіт. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Пропозиції щодо оптимізації процесу управління фінансування ремонтних робіт транспортного підрозділу підприємства можуть бути використані в його практичній діяльності.EN : The work is presented on 115 pages of printed text, contains 32 tables, 11 figures, 8 annex. The object of the study is to assess the costs and effective use of funds for repair work in the transport division and in the financial and economic activities of PJSC "Zaporizhzhia Abrasive Plant". The subject of the study is an assessment of the essence of economic and theoretical principles and applied imperfections that arise in the process of cost formation and their effective use at the enterprise. The purpose of the work is to evaluate and analyze theoretical, methodological, managerial, and regulatory and organizational provisions and develop practical recommendations for improving the management of financing repair work in the transport division of the enterprise, in order to increase efficiency. Tasks: 1) to determine the economic essence and role of costs in the activities of the enterprise; 2) to investigate methods for assessing the management of repair costs at the enterprise; 3) to carry out a general characteristic and assess the financial and economic activities of PJSC "Zaporizhzhia Abrasive Plant"; 4) to identify ways to improve the management of repair financing of the transport division of the enterprise. Research methods: dialectical method of cognition, systemic, complex and structural-functional approach, quantitative analysis, methods of deduction and induction, analysis and synthesis, logical method. The results obtained and their novelty: 1) the management of financing of repair works of the transport unit has been improved; 2) recommendations have been developed for optimizing the composition of repair works costs; 3) the implementation of the concept of strategic management of repair works costs has been proposed. The practical significance of the results obtained.
