Технології підвищення якості металопродукції нанесенням хімічних покрить

Abstract

UA : У роботі ставиться завдання провести аналіз існуючих способів нанесення металевих покриттів і запропонувати найоптимальніші параметри технологічного процесу нанесення нікелевих та кобальтових покриттів. Розглянуті основні аспекти корозійного захисту металопродукції, характеристика хімічних методів нанесення металевих покрить, викладена технологія підготовки поверхні виробів перед нанесенням покрить; запропонована методика проведення досліджень; побудовані кінетичні залежності процесу корозії низьколегованої сталі, проведений аналіз впливу вмісту вуглецю й технології виробництва на швидкість корозії, запропоноване устаткування для процесів хімічного осадження металевих покрить; приведені результати експериментів по хімічному нікелюванню й кобальтуванню; розроблені заходи щодо безпеки праці при проведенні НДР, зроблений розрахунок передува над травильною ванною.EN : The work sets the task of analyzing existing methods of applying metal coatings and proposing the most optimal parameters of the technological process of applying nickel and cobalt coatings. The main aspects of corrosion protection of metal products are considered, the characteristics of chemical methods of applying metal coatings are described, the technology of preparing the surface of products before applying coatings is outlined; the research methodology is proposed; the kinetic dependences of the corrosion process of low-alloy steel are constructed, the influence of carbon content and production technology on the corrosion rate is analyzed, equipment for the processes of chemical deposition of metal coatings is proposed; the results of experiments on chemical nickel and cobalt plating are presented; occupational safety measures are developed during research and development, and the advance over the etching bath is calculated.
