UA : Об’єкт дослідження: інноваційні практики у стратегії розвитку бізнесу на сучасному ринку. Предмет дослідження: процес впровадження інноваційних підходів у бізнес-стратегії ТОВ «Нова Пошта». Мета дослідження: аналіз інноваційних практик у стратегії розвитку бізнесу ТОВ «Нова Пошта», визначення їх впливу на конкурентоспроможність компанії та розробка рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення інноваційної діяльності. Методи дослідження: аналіз, порівняльний та емпіричний аналіз, системний підхід, узагальнення. У роботі розглянуто теоретичні основи інноваційного розвитку бізнесу та їх значення для сучасних підприємств. Проведено комплексний аналіз діяльності ТОВ «Нова Пошта» з акцентом на сучасні інноваційні практики, які застосовує компанія у сфері логістики. Здійснено SWOT-аналіз і оцінку фінансових показників підприємства, а також проаналізовано конкурентне середовище. Обґрунтовано роль інноваційних стратегій у підвищенні ефективності бізнесу та формуванні стійких конкурентних переваг. Розроблено рекомендації щодо подальшого вдосконалення інноваційної діяльності, що можуть бути застосовані як у ТОВ «Нова Пошта», так і в інших компаніях логістичної сфери. Recommendations have been developed for further improvement of innovative activities, which can be applied both in Nova Poshta LLC and in other logistics companies.
