Abstract

UA : У кваліфікаційній роботі розроблено проєкт багатоповерхової будівлі в місті Запоріжжя. Виконано архітектурно-планувальні рішення, визначено основні конструктивні елементи будівлі, проведено розрахунок основ і фундаментів та обґрунтовано їх конструкцію з урахуванням інженерно-геологічних умов будівельного майданчика. У технологічному розділі визначено обсяги будівельно-монтажних робіт, підібрано основні будівельні машини та механізми, розроблено технологію виконання цегляної кладки, виконано розрахунок потреби в матеріально-технічних ресурсах, тимчасових будівлях і спорудах, а також складено будівельний генеральний план і календарний графік виконання робіт. У розділі охорони праці та безпеки життєдіяльності проаналізовано шкідливі та небезпечні виробничі фактори, розроблено заходи щодо забезпечення безпечних умов праці під час виконання основних будівельно-монтажних процесів, пожежної безпеки та охорони навколишнього середовища. В економічному розділі виконано локальний кошторисний розрахунки, визначено кошторисну вартість будівництва та основні техніко-економічні показники проекту.EN : The qualification work developed a project for a multi-storey building in the city of Zaporizhzhia. Architectural and planning solutions were implemented, the main structural elements of the building were determined, the calculation of the foundations and foundations was carried out and their design was justified taking into account the engineering and geological conditions of the construction site. In the technological section, the volume of construction and installation works was determined, the main construction machines and mechanisms were selected, the technology for bricklaying was developed, the need for material and technical resources, temporary buildings and structures was calculated, and a construction master plan and a calendar schedule for the work were drawn up. In the occupational health and safety section, harmful and dangerous production factors were analyzed, measures were developed to ensure safe working conditions during the implementation of the main construction and installation processes, fire safety and environmental protection. In the economic section, local estimates were made, the estimated cost of construction and the main technical and economic indicators of the project were determined.
