Формування навичок стресостійкості сучасних українців в умовах війни

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 120 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 8 таблиць. Перелік посилань включає 63 джерела. Об'єкт дослідження – стресостійкість сучасних українців в умовах війни. Тема формування стресостійкості в умовах воєнного часу набуває все більшого значення, особливо з огляду на триваючий конфлікт та його глибокий вплив на населення. Вивчення психологічної стійкості під час війни має не лише академічне та теоретичне значення, але й далекосяжні наслідки для підтримки психологічного здоров’я українців, військової готовності та соціальної згуртованості. Аналіз того, які адаптивні механізми, щоб впоратися з травмою та невизначеністю, мають окремі групи населення, може призвести до створення більш ефективних програм та систем підтримки для тих, хто постраждав від війни. Хоча існує велика кількість літератури, що вивчає стресостійкість у кризових сценаріях, потреба в оновлених, контекстно-специфічних дослідженнях формування стресостійкості українців є критично важливою. Незважаючи на зростаючий науковий інтерес, багато аспектів стресу та стійкості у воєнний час залишаються недостатньо вивченими, особливо в культурно та ситуативно релевантних контекстах. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у комплексному підході до вивчення механізмів формування стресостійкості серед українців в умовах війни.EN : Object: moral violence against women in partnerships. The problem of domestic violence continues to be relevant for Ukraine and shows that in the conditions of martial law, cases of violence have increased compared to previous years, which is probably related to the crisis situation in which a significant part of the population of our country found itself. Compared to previous years, 2022 has become a remarkable year, when society gradually develops a tendency for people to ignore cases of domestic violence against others and move away from stereotypes such as "It's their own business". Indifference and silence are no longer the basis for the development of domestic violence in Ukrainian society. During this period, 71% of appeals came to the police from people who applied on behalf of the victims. The main complaints were about moral (psychological) violence. The Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine notes that every fifth woman in Ukraine faces moral violence in their partner relationships. The obtained statistics show that domestic violence in Ukraine has not lost its relevance during the martial law, and there is no doubt about the prevalence of this problem in society. We assume that armed conflicts aggravate the problem of violence, because aggression, change in the usual rhythm of life and the need to adapt to new living conditions can be factors that influence the perpetration of violence in the family. The scientific novelty of the study consists in the development of an effective training program and provided psychological recommendations, which are an important condition for psychological assistance to victims of moral violence in partnerships.
