Особливості самосприйняття статусно-рольової позиції матері після народження дитини

Abstract

Сучасні соціокультурні умови, трансформація цінностей, зростання темпу життя та зміна традиційних сімейних ролей суттєво впливають на психологічне самопочуття жінки у період материнства. Після народження дитини жінка опиняється в ситуації глибокої внутрішньої перебудови: відбувається переосмислення власної ідентичності, корекція життєвих цілей, зміна системи міжособистісних стосунків. Материнство вимагає від жінки нових психологічних ресурсів, а саме уміння поєднувати емоційну турботу, соціальну активність і особистісне самозбереження. Разом із тим, процес становлення статусно-рольової позиції матері часто супроводжується внутрішніми суперечностями: відчуттям відповідальності, тривогою, втратою частини колишньої самості, а також необхідністю узгодити суспільні очікування з власним баченням ролі. Неготовність до цих змін або недостатня психологічна підтримка можуть призводити до дезадаптації, емоційного виснаження, зниження самооцінки й труднощів у побудові гармонійних сімейних стосунків. Проблема самосприйняття матері після народження дитини є актуальною, оскільки саме від «Я-образу матері» залежить її емоційна стабільність, ефективність виховання дитини, якість подружніх стосунків і загальне психологічне благополуччя сім’ї. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у поглибленні наукових уявлень про психологічні особливості самосприйняття матері після народження дитини; уточненні змісту поняття «самосприйняття матері» як цілісного утворення, що поєднує когнітивний, емоційний та поведінковий компоненти; у визначенні психологічних механізмів становлення статусно-рольової позиції матері та чинників, які зумовлюють ефективність її прийняття.EN : The work is presented on 72 pages of printed text, contains 11 figures, 6 tables. The list of references includes 67 sources. The object of the study is self-perception as a psychological phenomenon of the individual. Modern socio-cultural conditions, transformation of values, increasing pace of life and change of traditional family roles significantly affect the psychological well-being of a woman during the period of motherhood. After the birth of a child, a woman finds herself in a situation of deep internal restructuring: there is a rethinking of her own identity, correction of life goals, change of the system of interpersonal relationships. Motherhood requires new psychological resources from a woman, namely the ability to combine emotional care, social activity and personal self-preservation. At the same time, the process of forming a mother's status-role position is often accompanied by internal contradictions: a sense of responsibility, anxiety, loss of part of the former self, as well as the need to reconcile social expectations with her own vision of the role. Unpreparedness for these changes or insufficient psychological support can lead to maladjustment, emotional exhaustion, decreased self-esteem and difficulties in building harmonious family relationships. The problem of a mother's self-perception after the birth of a child is relevant, since it is precisely on the "mother's self-image" that her emotional stability, the effectiveness of raising a child, the quality of marital relations and the general psychological well-being of the family depend. The scientific novelty of the study lies in deepening scientific ideas about the psychological features of a mother's self-perception after the birth of a child; clarifying the content of the concept of "mother's self-perception" as a holistic formation that combines cognitive, emotional and behavioral components; in determining the psychological mechanisms of the formation of the mother's status-role position and the factors that determine the effectiveness of its adoption.
