Abstract

UA : В кваліфікаційній роботі магістра розглянуто теоретичні основи адаптації персоналу, передумови, мотиви та особливості удосконалення процесу управління адаптацією персоналу на підприємстві в сучасних умовах. Представлено сучасний стан господарської діяльності та системи адаптації персоналу на підприємстві - ТОВ «Метінвест-Промсервіс». Визначено та обґрунтовано напрями удосконалення системи управління адаптацією персоналу на підприємстві в сучасних умовах на прикладі ТОВ «Метінвест-Промсервіс». Проведено аналіз ефективності впровадження заходів щодо вдосконалення механізмів управління адаптацією персоналу на підприємстві ТОВ «Метінвест-Промсервіс».EN : In the qualification work of the master, the theoretical foundations of the adaptation of personnel are considered, prerequisites, motives and features of improvement of process of personnel adaptation management at the enterprise in modern conditions. The present state of economic activity and system of adaptation of personnel at the enterprise - LLC «Metinvest-Promservice» is presented. The directions of improvement of the system of management of adaptation of the personnel at the enterprise in modern conditions on the example of Metinvest-Promservice LLC are defined and substantiated. The analysis of the effectiveness of the implementation of measures to improve the mechanisms of personnel adaptation management at the enterprise Metinvest-Promservice LLC was carried out.
