Abstract

UA : Виконано аналіз сучасного стану проблеми створення фотоелектричних перетворювачів; розглянуто основні принципи роботи, конструкція і матеріали; досліджено діаграму енергетичних зон та складові ВАХ фотоперетворювача, методи і шляхи підвищення його ефективності.EN : The thesis analyzes the current state of the problem of developing photovoltaic converters; it examines the fundamental operating principles, design, and materials of these devices; the research includes the energy band diagram and components of the current-voltage characteristics (CVC) of photovoltaic converters, as well as methods and approaches to improving their efficiency.
