Оцiнка результативностi реалiзацiї будiвництва та модернiзацiї об'єктiв в умовах забудови високої щiльностi

Abstract

UA : Ця дослiдницька робота присвячена аналiзу ефективностi будiвництва та реконструкцiї будiвель та споруд у ситуацiях з високою щiльнiстю забудови. Розвиток мiст та населених пунктiв часто ускладнює будiвельнi процеси. В цьому дослiдженнi проводиться аналiз основних факторiв, що впливають на ефективнiсть будiвництва та реконструкцiї у ситуацiях з високою щiльнiстю забудови. Розглядаються питання дотримання строгих будiвельних норм i стандартiв безпеки, виконання робiт у важкодоступних мiсцях та обмеженiсть доступу до будiвельних дiлянок. На основi проведеного аналiзу розробляються рекомендацiї для покращення ефективностi будiвництва та реконструкцiї в умовах високої щiльностi забудови. Серед цих рекомендацiй - оптимiзацiя будiвельних процесiв з урахуванням обмеженостi простору, впровадження iнновацiйних технологiй та матерiалiв для зменшення негативного впливу на оточуюче середовище.EN : This research work is devoted to the analysis of the efficiency of construction and reconstruction of buildings and structures in situations with high building density. The development of cities and settlements often complicates construction processes. This study analyzes the main factors affecting the efficiency of construction and reconstruction in high-density situations. Issues of compliance with strict construction regulations and safety standards, performance of work in hard-to-reach places and limited access to construction sites are considered. Based on the analysis, recommendations are developed to improve the efficiency of construction and reconstruction in conditions of high building density. Among these recommendations are the optimization of construction processes taking into account limited space, the introduction of innovative technologies and materials to reduce the negative impact on the environment.
