UA : У роботі проаналізовано теоретико-методологічні засади управління конкурентоспроможністю кадрового потенціалу підприємства в умовах кризи. Розкрито аналітико-дослідницькі виміри управління конкурентоспроможністю кадрового потенціалу підприємства в умовах кризи. З’ясовано напрями удосконалення управління конкурентоспроможністю кадрового потенціалу підприємства в умовах кризи та розроблено заходи за антикризового менеджменту.EN : The paper analyzes the theoretical and methodological principles of managing the competitiveness of human resources of the enterprise in a crisis. Analytical and research dimensions of managing the competitiveness of human resources of the enterprise in a crisis are revealed. The directions of improvement of management of competitiveness of personnel potential of the enterprise in the conditions of crisis are clarified and measures for anti-crisis management are developed.
