Abstract

UA : В роботі проаналізовано основні недоліки конструкції барабанних ножиць. Розраховані основні параметри ножиць. Отримано експериментальним шляхом підтвердження достовірності виконаних розрахунків. Досліджено процес різання листових прокату летючими барабанними ножицями в гарячому станію. Запропоновано модернізацію механізму різання шляхом спрощення конструкції вузла регулювання положення ножа на верхньому барабані відносно діаметра і ширини при одночасному підвищенні надійності кріплення ножа в пазі барабана.EN : The main weaknesses of the design of flying scissors are analyzed in the work. Calculated basic parameters of scissors. Obtained by an experimental confirmation of the reliability of the calculations performed. The process of cutting the sheet metal with flying scissors in a hot state is investigated. It is proposed to modernize the cutting mechanism by simplifying the design of the node for adjusting the position of the knife on the upper drum relative to the diameter and width while simultaneously increasing the reliability of the knife attachment in the drum groove.
