UA : Сутність роботи полягає у розгляді сучасного інструментарію який дозволяє оцінювати життєздатність проекту в рамках обґрунтування інвестицій. При впровадженні вдосконалених методів економічної оцінки проектів реально розрахувати, який з проектів є найбільш доцільним з погляду економічної вигоди. Розглянуті в цій роботі методи економічної оцінки проектів дозволяють визначити чисту вартість проекту, індекс прибутковості, індекс рентабельності, терміни окупності. У сучасних не стійких ринкових умовах ця тематика є актуальною, оскільки розглядає ефективність системи вкладення інвестицій у будівництво будівель і споруд. На основі дослідження теоретично-методологічних підходів обґрунтовано вирішенні актуальної задачі з моделювання економіко-математичного апарату, який сприяє підвищенню ефективність системи вкладення інвестицій у будівельні проекти м.
