UA : Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є розробка проєкту торговельного центру на Прибережній автомагістралі в місті Запоріжжя з урахуванням принципів раціонального використання території, ефективного функціонування міської інфраструктури та забезпечення комфортних умов для населення. Особливого значення набуває узгодження архітектурно-планувальних рішень із системами інженерного забезпечення території та благоустрою.EN : The purpose of the qualification work is to develop a project for a shopping center on the Pribrezhnaya highway in the city of Zaporizhzhia, taking into account the principles of rational use of the territory, effective functioning of urban infrastructure and ensuring comfortable conditions for the population. Of particular importance is the coordination of architectural and planning solutions with the systems of engineering support of the territory and landscaping.
