Abstract

UA : В кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретико-методологічні виміри стейкхолдер-менеджменту як нового наукового напрямку. Проаналізовано понятійно-категоріальний апарат діагностики проблем стейкхолдер менеджменту в консалтинговій компанії ТОВ «СЕРТИФІКАНТ». Виявлено праксеологічні засади упровадження моделі стейкхолдер-менеджменту в консалтинговій компанії ТОВ «СЕРТИФІКАНТ». Розроблено шляхи підвищення ефективності стейкхолдер-менеджменту як важливого чинника антикризового управління персоналом та досягнення якості і сертифікації на власному прикладі ТОВ «СЕРТИФІКАНТ».EN : The qualification work investigates the theoretical and methodological dimensions of stakeholder management as a new scientific direction. The conceptual and categorical apparatus for diagnosing stakeholder management problems in the consulting company LLC “CERTIFICANT” is analyzed. The praxeological foundations for the implementation of the stakeholder management model in the consulting company “CERTIFICANT” LLC are identified. The ways of increasing the efficiency of stakeholder management as an important factor in anti-crisis management of personnel and achievement of quality and certification on the own example of “CERTIFICANT” LLC are developed.
