Міжособистісні стосунки партнерів є базовим чинником функціонування сім’ї, оскільки від їхньої гармонійності залежить стабільність подружніх відносин, психологічне благополуччя подружжя та розвиток дітей. У сучасних умовах трансформації суспільних норм, економічних труднощів і соціальних викликів, пов’язаних із війною та кризовими явищами в державі, зростає значення вивчення внутрішньосімейної взаємодії як однієї з ключових передумов соціальної стабільності. Народження дитини є переломним етапом у житті пари, що супроводжується значними змінами у сфері обов’язків, ролей та очікувань. Перехід від статусу подружжя до ролей батька й матері часто супроводжується підвищеним рівнем стресу, зниженням емоційної близькості, побутовими й комунікативними труднощами. Особливої ваги набуває ситуація тривалої декретної відпустки, яка, з одного боку, створює умови для формування глибокого емоційного зв’язку між матір’ю та дитиною, а з іншого, може провокувати дисбаланс у розподілі сімейних обов’язків, фінансові проблеми та відчуття емоційної ізоляції між партнерами. Наукова новизна та теоретичне значення роботи полягає у цілісному аналізі психологічних особливостей впливу тривалої декретної відпустки на міжособистісні стосунки партнерів, визначенні динаміки змін у сімейних ролях, виявленні психологічних труднощів та криз цього періоду, а також розробці програми психологічної підтримки партнерських взаємин.EN : The work is presented on 114 pages of printed text, contains 5 figures, 7 tables. Interpersonal relationships of partners are a basic factor in the functioning of the family, since the stability of marital relations, the psychological well-being of spouses and the development of children depend on their harmony. In modern conditions of transformation of social norms, economic difficulties and social challenges associated with war and crisis phenomena in the state, the importance of studying intra-family interaction as one of the key prerequisites for social stability is increasing. The birth of a child is a turning point in the life of a couple, accompanied by significant changes in the sphere of responsibilities, roles and expectations. The transition from the status of spouses to the roles of father and mother is often accompanied by an increased level of stress, a decrease in emotional closeness, everyday and communicative difficulties. Of particular importance is the situation of long maternity leave, which, on the one hand, creates conditions for the formation of a deep emotional bond between mother and child, and on the other, can provoke an imbalance in the distribution of family responsibilities, financial problems and a feeling of emotional isolation between partners. The scientific novelty and theoretical significance of the work lies in the holistic analysis of the psychological features of the impact of long maternity leave on the interpersonal relationships of partners, determining the dynamics of changes in family roles, identifying psychological difficulties and crises of this period, as well as developing a program of psychological support for partner relationships.
