Організаційні чинники регуляції емоційного стану працівників освіти в умовах воєнного стану

Abstract

Об'єкт дослідження: психоемоційний стан працівників закладів загальної середньої освіти. Проблема регуляції емоційного стану працівників освіти набула особливої актуальності в умовах воєнного стану. Педагогічні працівники, як і всі громадяни України, переживають складний період, пов’язаний з підвищеним рівнем стресу, тривоги та невизначеності. Війна є руйнівним процесом. Вона займає одну з найвищих позицій за рівнем екстремальності, тобто вона є подією, що виходить за межі людського досвіду, який є прийнятним для людської психіки. Дехто спромігся швидше впоратись з прийняттям змін, стабілізуватися, змиритися. А для окремих людей війна стала занадто складним випробуванням, гіперекстремальним. Звичайні можливості організму і психіки таких людей не витримують внутрішнього навантаження. Це призводить до руйнування звичної поведінки, комунікативних зв’язків, звичок, що може мати небезпечні наслідки не тільки для здоров’я, а й для психічно-емоційного стану. В умовах воєнного стану, що супроводжується численними викликами, такими як стрес, невизначеність та психологічний тягар, працівники освітньої сфери виявляються під значним тиском. Ця ситуація вимагає особливої уваги до організації їхньої професійної діяльності та емоційного благополуччя. Емоційний стан викладачів, вихователів та адміністрації навчальних закладів безпосередньо впливає на якість освіти, ефективність навчального процесу та загальний клімат в освітньому середовищі. Тому важливо вивчити організаційні чинники, які можуть сприяти регуляції емоційного стану працівників освіти в умовах кризових ситуацій. Наукова новизна полягає у визначенні необхідності застосування отриманих результатів та висновків у практиці сучасних закладів освіти з метою стабілізації емоційних станів педагогічних працівників під час різких зовнішніх змін для утримання високих показників якості освіти.EN : The work is presented on 84 pages of printed text, contains 5 figures, 3 tables, 3 appendices. The problem of regulating the emotional state of education workers has become particularly relevant in the conditions of martial law. Pedagogical workers, like all citizens of Ukraine, are going through a difficult period associated with an increased level of stress, anxiety and uncertainty. War is a destructive process. It occupies one of the highest positions in terms of the level of extremity, that is, it is an event that goes beyond the limits of human experience, which is acceptable for the human psyche. Some managed to cope with the acceptance of changes faster, stabilize, and come to terms. And for some people, the war became too difficult a test, hyper-extreme. The usual capabilities of the body and psyche of such people cannot withstand the internal load. This leads to the destruction of habitual behavior, communicative ties, habits, which can have dangerous consequences not only for health, but also for the psycho-emotional state. In conditions of martial law, accompanied by numerous challenges, such as stress, uncertainty and psychological burden, educational workers find themselves under significant pressure. This situation requires special attention to the organization of their professional activities and emotional well-being. The emotional state of teachers, educators and administration of educational institutions directly affects the quality of education, the effectiveness of the educational process and the general climate in the educational environment. Therefore, it is important to study organizational factors that can contribute to the regulation of the emotional state of educational workers in crisis situations. The scientific novelty lies in determining the need to apply the obtained results and conclusions in the practice of modern educational institutions in order to stabilize the emotional states of pedagogical workers during sharp external changes to maintain high indicators of the quality of education.
