Вплив жіночого лідерства на розбудову місцевих громад

Abstract

UA : Мета дослідження: проаналізувати вплив жіночого лідерства на розбудову місцевих громад, виявити його ключові механізми та результати для розвитку локальних спільнот і визначити умови, що сприяють підвищенню ефективності участі жінок у місцевому врядуванні. Об’єкт дослідження: жіноче лідерство у системі місцевого врядування та громадського розвитку. Предмет дослідження: соціально-управлінські особливості, механізми, практики та результати впливу жіночого лідерства на розбудову місцевих громад, їх соціальну динаміку, розвиток інфраструктури, врядування та громадянську участь. Методи дослідження: аналіз, синтез, індукція, дедукція. Гіпотеза: жіноче лідерство позитивно впливає на розвиток місцевих громад, підвищуючи ефективність управління, інклюзивність та соціальну згуртованість, за умови подолання наявних соціокультурних та інституційних бар’єрів. Висновки: 1. Жіноче лідерство є вагомим чинником розвитку місцевих громад, оскільки забезпечує більш інклюзивні управлінські підходи, підвищує прозорість і орієнтацію на соціальні потреби, сприяє зміцненню довіри та соціальної згуртованості. 2. Посилення ролі жінок у місцевому врядуванні залежить від створення сприятливих інституційних та соціокультурних умов, а їх активна участь у періоди криз і відновлення стає стратегічним ресурсом стійкості, ефективності та модернізації локальних спільнот.EN : The aim of the research is to analyse the impact of women’s leadership on the development of local communities, to identify its key mechanisms and outcomes for the advancement of local communities, and to determine the conditions that enhance the effectiveness of women’s participation in local governance. Research Object – women’s leadership in the system of local governance and community development. Research Subject – the social and managerial characteristics, mechanisms, practices, and outcomes of the influence of women’s leadership on the development of local communities, their social dynamics, infrastructure development, governance, and civic participation. Research Methods: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction. Hypothesis: women’s leadership has a positive impact on the development of local communities by enhancing governance effectiveness, inclusiveness, and social cohesion, provided that existing sociocultural and institutional barriers are overcome. Conclusions: 1. Women’s leadership is a significant factor in the development of local communities, as it ensures more inclusive governance approaches, enhances transparency and social needs-oriented decision-making, and contributes to strengthening trust and social cohesion. 2. The strengthening of women’s roles in local governance depends on the creation of supportive institutional and sociocultural conditions, while their active engagement during periods of crisis and recovery becomes a strategic resource for the resilience, effectiveness, and modernisation of local communities.
