Abstract

UA : В роботі проведено дослідження, яке доводить необхідність використання інноваційних технологій при виконанні ремонтно-будівельних робіт під час капітального ремонту покрівельного покриття, використовуючи досвід, матеріали, обладнання і технології розвинутих держав. Важливе значення у реалізації реформ відіграє перенесення вдалого досвіду на ситуацію у будівельній галузі України з урахуванням особливостей, менталітету, можливостей забудовників та супутніх галузей. В роботі обґрунтовано застосування нових технологій з метою підвищення якості та термінів виконання ремонтно-будівельних робіт, отримання економічного ефекту та збільшення міжремонтних інтервалів.EN : This research demonstrates the imperative need for innovative technologies in the execution of repair and construction works during the overhaul of roofing systems. By leveraging the experiences, materials, equipment, and technologies of developed nations, we can significantly enhance the quality and efficiency of our construction projects. A crucial aspect of successful reform lies in adapting successful foreign practices to the specific conditions of Ukraine's construction industry, taking into account unique characteristics, mentalities, the capabilities of developers, and related sectors. This study provides a compelling argument for the adoption of new technologies to improve the quality and timelines of repair and construction works, thereby generating economic benefits and extending the intervals between maintenance cycles.
