Технологія монтажу огороджувальних конструкцій під час реконструкції теплоелектростанцій

Abstract

UA : Проведено детальний аналіз умов виконання робіт на діючих теплоелектростанціях, визначено ключові параметри монтажно-демонтажного процесу. Розроблено іннова-ційні технологічні рішення для заміни огороджувальних конструкцій головного кор-пусу ТЕС в умовах діючого виробництва, що дозволяють проводити роботи в будь-якій частині будівлі. Створено розрахункові схеми монтажних систем, виконано мате-матичне моделювання та розрахунки основних елементів оснащення відповідно до за-пропонованої технології монтажу і демонтажу будівельних конструкцій для різномані-тних умов і параметрів будівельного майданчика. Виявлено технологічні можливості та визначено області ефективного застосування монтажних систем технології безкрано-вого монтажу в умовах діючих підприємств.EN : A detailed analysis of the conditions of performance of works on existing thermal power plants was carried out, the key parameters of the installation and demonstration process were determined. Innovative technological solutions have been developed to replace the enclosure structures of the main body of TPP in the conditions of existing production, which allow to carry out work in any part of the building. Estimacy schemes of installation systems were created, mathematical modeling and calculations of the basic elements of equipment were made in accordance with the proposed technology of installation and dismantling of building structures for different-manic conditions and parameters of the construction site. Technological opportunities have been identified and the fields of efficient use of installation systems of technology of non-crane installation in the conditions of existing enterprises are determined.
