Abstract
EN : The work is presented on 66 pages of printed text, 8 tables, 2 figures. The list of references includes 46 sources. The object of the study is the mental activity of children with tuberculosis. Currently, Ukraine is experiencing a tuberculosis epidemic, which in wartime conditions tends to increase in scale, exacerbate the course and complicate clinical forms, especially among children. Ukraine ranks 9th in terms of the prevalence of tuberculosis, which is currently raging all over the world, and the effectiveness of treatment is quite low and is only 29%. Treatment of various forms of tuberculosis in children during the war is complicated by the instability of the possibilities of implementing all types of therapy, care and rehabilitation and creating the necessary conditions for education and full development of the child. Children with tuberculosis have the lowest level of adaptation to the disease situation and require more attention to themselves in terms of psychological care. At the same time, the problem of studying the inner world of a sick child remains open in the psychological literature at this time. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the psychological impact of tuberculosis on the formation of specific psycho-emotional characteristics in childhood.
