Проєкт автоматизації питного водопостачання. Система автоматичного частотного регулювання тиску в системі водопостачання

Abstract

UA : Метою даної кваліфікаційної роботи є розробка системи автоматизації процесу регулювання тиску в системі водопостачання. У загальному розділі наведено характеристику технологічного процесу системи водопостачання, детально розглянуто процес регулювання тиску та його конструктивні особливості. Крім того, виконано аналіз сучасного стану автоматизації на діючому виробництві. У спеціальній частині розроблено схему інформаційних і матеріальних потоків, функціональну схему автоматизації насосної станції, принципову електричну схему, монтажно-комутаційну схему та схему зовнішніх з’єднань. Також спроєктовано щит КВПіА, обґрунтовано вибір технічних засобів автоматизації та проведено оцінку надійності системи автоматичного регулювання. У розділі з охорони праці наведено аналіз шкідливих і небезпечних виробничих факторів, а також запропоновано комплекс заходів, спрямованих на їх зниження та забезпечення безпечних умов праці.ЕN : The aim of this qualification thesis is to develop an automation system for the pressure regulation process within a water supply system. The general section provides the technical characteristics of the water supply technological process and examines the pressure regulation process alongside its design features in detail. Furthermore, the current state of automation at the operating facility is analyzed. In the specialized section, an information and material flow diagram was designed, along with a functional automation diagram for the pumping station, electrical schematics, wiring and interconnection diagrams, and external connection layouts. This section also covers the physical design of the I&C panel, provides a justified selection of automation hardware components, and delivers a reliability assessment of the automatic control system. Finally, the occupational health and safety section provides an analysis of harmful and hazardous industrial factors, proposing a suite of measures aimed at mitigating risks and ensuring safe working conditions.
