EN : Qualification paper – 49 pages, 6 tables, 56 sources. Object of the study – the process of physical and technical training of young football players aged 14–15. Subject of the study – the content, structure, and effectiveness of an exercise program aimed at optimizing the physical and technical preparedness of football players aged 14–15 during the preparatory period. Purpose of the study – to improve the level of physical and technical fitness of 14–15-year-old football players by developing and implementing an optimized set of exercises into the structure of the preparatory period of the training process. Research methods: analysis and synthesis of scientific and methodological literature; pedagogical observation; pedagogical testing; pedagogical experiment; methods of mathematical statistics. The qualification paper addresses the issue of insufficient effectiveness of traditional training programs for adolescent football players under current sports development conditions. The importance of a well-balanced integration of general, specific, and technical training at the stage of preliminary basic preparation is substantiated. The necessity of adapting training loads to the age and functional capacities of 14–15-year-old athletes is emphasized. Within the study, a targeted set of exercises was developed to improve speed, strength, coordination abilities, and technical-tactical skills in young football players. This program was introduced into the training process of the experimental group during the preparatory period of the academic year. The effectiveness of the program was assessed through testing conducted before and after the pedagogical experiment. The results of the study demonstrated statistically significant improvements in the physical and technical preparedness of the players in the experimental group compared to the control group. The proposed program proved its effectiveness and can be recommended for implementation in the training systems of youth football academies and sports schools.
