Abstract
EN : The work is presented on 53 pages, printed text, 7 tables, 3 figures, 3 appendices. The list of references includes 56 sources. The object of the study: psychological recovery of military personnel. In the conditions of war in Ukraine, the issue of psychological recovery of military personnel acquires special importance, since the experienced traumatic events directly affect their emotional state, working capacity and ability to social adaptation. The period of treatment in the hospital is not only a time of physical recovery, but also a critical stage for stabilizing the mental sphere, overcoming the manifestations of post-traumatic stress and restoring internal resources. Traditional medical and psychological care in hospitals often turns out to be insufficient without additional psychological support, which makes it urgent to search for additional factors of the effectiveness of the rehabilitation process. One of such factors is volunteer activity, which has become a significant social resource in modern Ukrainian society. Volunteers in military hospitals provide emotional support, organize leisure activities, contribute to the expansion of social interaction and the formation of positive motivation for further adaptation. Their activities complement the work of professional psychologists and doctors, increasing the effectiveness of the psychological recovery of military personnel. The scientific basis for studying the problem of volunteer activity as a condition for the psychological recovery of military personnel in the hospital is the work of Ukrainian scientists, who have investigated various aspects of psychosocial support, volunteering and rehabilitation. The scientific novelty lies in expanding the ideas about the psychological recovery of military personnel in the hospital under martial law and substantiating the role of volunteer activity as an important factor in increasing the effectiveness of this process.
