Abstract
EN : In modern society, political marketing has become an integral part of the democratic process. In the context of the development of the information society and the activation of citizens in political life, marketing tools are increasingly used by political actors to form an image, attract the electorate, influence public opinion and construct political identity. This approach not only changes the methods of conducting political struggle, but also directly affects the political culture of citizens, their attitude to politics, the level of trust in institutions and participation in electoral processes. This topic is of particular importance in the context of the transformation of Ukrainian society, the growth of political activity of young people, the influence of social networks and the spread of manipulative technologies. The level of political culture largely determines the stability of democratic processes, the effectiveness of public control and the quality of political choice. Despite significant attention to political marketing as a tool of electoral struggle, the issue of its impact on political culture remains insufficiently researched. Based on this, the analysis of the relationship between political marketing and the formation of political culture is timely and important for understanding modern political processes and predicting their consequences. Problematic situation. Despite the active use of political marketing in the Ukrainian political space, the level of political culture of citizens often remains low. There is a growth of political cynicism, distrust of government institutions, and voters' orientation to emotions and images, rather than programs or ideas. This indicates the existence of a problem of effective formation of political culture in the conditions of a media-saturated space and marketing technologies of influence. At the same time, scientific research mainly focuses on electoral strategies, ignoring their long-term impact on political culture.
