Соціально-психологічна підтримка розвитку дітей аутистичного спектру під час війни

Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження – процес соціально-психологічної підтримки дітей з розладами аутистичного спектру в умовах воєнного стану. Сучасні реалії українського суспільства, зумовлені тривалим воєнним станом, призвели до суттєвих змін у житті дітей, сімей та освітніх спільнот. Особливо гостро ці зміни позначилися на дітях із розладами аутистичного спектру (РАС), для яких стабільність, передбачуваність і безпечне середовище є базовими умовами психоемоційного благополуччя. Втрата звичного способу життя, переміщення, розлука з близькими, тривожні новини та постійна небезпека створюють додаткове навантаження на нервову систему таких дітей, ускладнюючи їх соціальну адаптацію та розвиток. Проблема підтримки дітей з аутизмом у кризових умовах має комплексний характер і потребує міждисциплінарного підходу — поєднання медичних, педагогічних і психологічних знань. В умовах війни особливої ваги набуває соціально-психологічна підтримка, спрямована на збереження емоційної рівноваги дитини, розвиток її комунікативних навичок, почуття безпеки, довіри та стабільності. Саме психологічна допомога, адаптована до особливих потреб дітей з РАС, може запобігти поглибленню тривожності, аутоагресивних або регресивних реакцій, що часто виникають у період стресу. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає в уточненні змісту поняття «соціально-психологічна підтримка дітей з аутистичного спектру в умовах війни», визначенні психологічних особливостей впливу воєнного стану на їхній емоційний розвиток та соціальну адаптацію, а також у розробленні програми соціально-психологічної підтримки дітей з РАС.EN : The work is presented on 87 pages of printed text, contains 1 table, 3 figures, 1 appendix. The list of references includes 57 sources. The object of the study is the process of socio-psychological support for children with autism spectrum disorders under martial law. The modern realities of Ukrainian society, caused by the prolonged martial law, have led to significant changes in the lives of children, families and educational communities. These changes have had a particularly sharp impact on children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), for whom stability, predictability and a safe environment are the basic conditions for psycho-emotional well-being. Loss of a familiar way of life, displacement, separation from loved ones, disturbing news and constant danger create an additional burden on the nervous system of such children, complicating their social adaptation and development. The problem of supporting children with autism in crisis conditions is complex and requires an interdisciplinary approach - a combination of medical, pedagogical and psychological knowledge. In war conditions, socio-psychological support becomes especially important, aimed at maintaining the child's emotional balance, developing their communication skills, sense of security, trust and stability. It is psychological assistance, adapted to the special needs of children with ASD, that can prevent the deepening of anxiety, auto-aggressive or regressive reactions that often arise during periods of stress. The scientific novelty of the study lies in clarifying the content of the concept of "socio-psychological support for children on the autism spectrum in war conditions", determining the psychological features of the impact of martial law on their emotional development and social adaptation, as well as in developing a program of socio-psychological support for children with ASD.
